Position Summary The Part-Time Sports Center Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests while maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the sports center, including the retail shop. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a high-quality member experience. Key Responsibilities • Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with general inquiries • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable sports center at all times • Perform daily laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels and linens • Monitor facility conditions and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly • Ensure all amenities are stocked and available for member use • Uphold club standards for service, professionalism, and appearance • Strive to ensure all members have a positive and enjoyable experience Qualifications • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills • Ability to work independently and stay organized • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Schedule Part-time hours: Monday – Friday; 7:30am – 12:30pm Reports To: Director of Health, Wellness and Retail
