motivated sales professional to sell residential tree work and
oversee projects from estimate to completion. Are you someone who
enjoys working outdoors, building relationships, and selling
essential services that drive the daily operations of a tree
service company? C. S. Flournoy is a trusted, growing tree service
company with over 35 years in the industry , known for quality
work, long-term customer relationships, and a strong reputation in
the community. What Youll Do: Estimate and Sell residential tree
work services Ensure jobs are completed to client expectations and
company standards Provide timely, professional estimates to
customers Identify hazards, and price jobs accurately Create clear,
detailed work orders to communicate job scope to tree crews Build
and maintain longterm client relationships through consistent
followup Proactively seek new business through referrals,
networking, and outreach Maintain a clean, professional appearance
on every job site Represent the company with integrity while
helping meet sales goals and grow the business What Were Looking
For (Requirements): Must be dependable and show up on time
consistently Must maintain a clean, professional appearance Strong
written and verbal communication skills Have high ethics and be
good with people Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Able to understand and communicate tree care needs Preferred
Qualifications (but not required): Experience in the tree service
industry College degree ISA Certification Pesticide Applicator
License
