Job Description:
Vantor, Inc., a renowned leader in AI-driven solutions and IT
services in the defense and aerospace sector, is seeking a Senior
NRO Solutions Executive to drive growth and foster business
development initiatives. The role focuses on selling sophisticated
IT services, including data analytics, cloud services, and
artificial intelligence solutions, aimed specifically for use
within National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) operations. This
position is critical in leveraging Vantor's technological
capabilities to meet the unique needs of the NRO, ensuring
alignment with their strategic goals while enhancing their
operational efficiencies. Engage with key stakeholders within the
NRO to identify potential IT service needs and opportunities.
Develop and present tailored proposals that align Vantor’s
solutions with NRO operational goals. Negotiate contracts and close
deals that contribute materially to the bottom line and strategic
positioning. Collaborate with Vantor’s product and engineering
teams to ensure tailored solutions meet client specifications.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the defense
and aerospace sectors. Participate in relevant trade shows,
conferences, and other events to bolster Vantor’s market presence.
Provide regular feedback to senior management on sales targets,
pipeline, and strategic account planning. Strong understanding of
the defense & aerospace industries, particularly NRO operations.
Proven ability to develop strategic customer relationships and
manage complex sales cycles. Proficiency in CRM software and
Microsoft Office. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and
communication skills. 401k Medical Insurance Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Certified Professional
Sales Person (CPSP) or similar credentials.
