Perform general facility maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and preventive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine facility maintenance, including plumbing, lighting, general carpentry, and electrical tasks.
Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure proper functionality.
Repair and replace ceiling tiles, flooring, and wall finishes as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of mechanical rooms and workshops.
Manage supply inventory and order necessary materials.
Assist with production equipment maintenance as needed.
Coordinate with outside vendors for repairs and services.
Utilize the maintenance work order system to track and complete assigned tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Coursework in HVAC, plumbing, or general maintenance preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in facilities maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging environment.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (including Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
Knowledge of internet-based supply ordering.
Understanding of cGMP regulations and compliance.
