Description TLA is seeking a Contractor Support Administrator in the Herndon, VA area to support a dynamic Intelligence Community-customer, in a fast-paced environmentThe ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for providing office support, to include tracking and scanning documents into a proprietary database system, ensuring metadata is attached and labeled according to client policies and procedures, answering phones, processing and tracking incoming and outgoing mail, managing and updating relevant standard operating procedures, working ad hoc tasks, assignments, and other duties, as neededThe ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, have excellent writing skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite application - MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and familiar with AdobeThe ideal candidate will enjoy working with a small team and comfortable speaking with various customersThe selected candidate will also perform case management taskings, including but not limited, entering information into the customer's proprietary systems, document scanning, and case trackingSkills in accuracy and attention to details are a mustHours of work is specific to maintaining that the office is open from 7am to 4pm, Monday - FridayRequirements--- Current and Active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly--- Provide mail-processing support for the onsite client registry, Monday through Friday from 7am and 4pm.--- Strong customer service skills and comfortable speaking with othersDisplays confidence.--- Knowledge of client guidelines for physical distribution of mailings; courier deliveries, etc.--- Proficient writing and typing skills.--- Proficient in converting documents using Microsoft desktop applications and Adobe PDF.--- Ability to think independently, use sound judgement, but know when to ask questions.--- Ability to assist with drafting and editing Standard Operating Procedures.--- Ability to offer and implement process improvements.--- Energetic, motivated , patient, and demonstrates initiative.--- Accuracy and attention to detail skills are a mustCan follow step-by-step processes.--- Proficient with Outlook (email), comfortable responding to customers via email, converting documents, and using Excel for tracking informationBenefits TLA is proud to offer its teammates perks designed for growth, health, wellness, and financial securityFor an impactful career doing meaningful work, we are The Logical Answer in a world where being a consultant often feels like you're a commodity, TLA provides a refreshing culture of inclusion, a direct line to leadership, and a family feel where our teammates are valued for
