Job Description:

The Contractor Team is responsible for designing, testing, and integrating new security products and technologies within the Sponsor's environment, including IT systems, applications, and tools. They will provide technical oversight, engage with customers to assess requirements, and resolve complex IT problems while ensuring adherence to standards. The role also involves planning and integrating new IT components, analyzing trends, and recommending improvements for customer needs. Additionally, the team will develop and monitor policies and procedures, support change management, and provide updates to senior leadership.Clearance: TS/SCI w/FSPKey Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and integrate security products for the Sponsor's networks.
• Provide technical oversight and guide boards in integrating new technology.
• Engage with customers to define requirements and offer IT solutions.
• Resolve complex IT problems efficiently and according to standards.
• Plan and integrate IT system upgrades and new versions.
• Analyze complex data sets and interpret trends or patterns, including budget and business process analysis.
• Develop and manage communications plans and respond to senior leadership queries.
• Create and update reports, documents, and presentations.Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in budgetary tracking, portfolio & resource management, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, requirements gathering, and visualizing information.
  • Experience with project schedules, MS Project, EVM, and resource allocation.
  • Experience developing Minimum Viable Increments (MVIs) and in business/financial areas.
  • Strong written communication skills for producing reports and documents.
  • Experience working on development and integration projects.Desired Skills:
