Job Description Job Description The Porter | Lot Attendant plays
an essential role in supporting the daily operations of the
collision repair center. This position is responsible for
maintaining the cleanliness and organization of vehicles and the
facility, always ensuring a professional appearance. Key duties
include but are not limited to washing and detailing completed
vehicles for customer delivery, transporting vehicles as needed,
assisting with general housekeeping of the production area, and
performing general shop/office upkeep. The role also involves
keeping parking areas and shop grounds neat and orderly, ensuring
tools and materials are properly stored, and following all company
safety and operating procedures. The ideal candidate is reliable,
detail-oriented, and takes pride in contributing to a clean, safe,
and well-organized work environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Move, park,
and retrieve customer and company vehicles safely and efficiently
within the facility grounds. Transport vehicles to designated
areas, ensuring compliance with all safety and traffic regulations.
Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles for damage, accurately
documenting the condition for repair records. Wash, clean, and
vacuum vehicles to maintain a professional appearance and prepare
them for repair or customer delivery. Support technicians and parts
staff by promptly delivering parts, tools, and materials as needed
to maintain workflow efficiency. Keep the shop, parking areas, and
common spaces clean and organized to promote safety and
productivity. Adhere to all company safety procedures and best
practices to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working
environment. Assist with basic customer interactions, such as
vehicle drop-off or pickup coordination, and direct inquiries to
the appropriate team member. Communicate effectively with team
members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and maintain smooth
daily operations. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully,

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 6 months
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience. Language Skills Ability to read and
interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions and procedure manuals. Certificates, Licenses,
Registrations Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
