We are looking for dedicated individuals who can manage daily delivery tasks efficiently and represent our company with professionalism at all our client destinations. Safely transport food and non-food items to various customer locations within a local route. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory requirements. Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all items are properly secured and handled with care. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, mileage, and fuel consumption. Provide excellent customer service at delivery points, representing Sysco with professionalism. Adhere strictly to scheduled routes and delivery times. Report any vehicle issues or incidents encountered on the road to management promptly. Strong driving ability with a focus on safety and efficiency. Excellent time management to adhere to predefined delivery schedules. Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, pulling and managing heavy materials. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Proper understanding of transportation laws and regulations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A). Clean driving record. DOT medical card. Must pass a background check and drug test prior to employment.
