Job Description:
Sr. Knowledge Manager – Ft, Meade, MD Salary: 130K Clearance:
(TS/SCI CI poly – will sponsor for CI poly if needed) Position
Overview We are looking for a senior Knowledge Manager to join our
CYBERCOM team. Responsibilities Primarily responsible for managing
incoming requirements, ensure that the task guidance is clear,
communicating to the team responsible for completing the task, and
tracking metrics Able to define and fulfill emerging client
requests Use discussions and workshops with leadership and fellow
teammates to identify and innovate the elements that work best in
their environment and the areas for improvement Assists aligning
processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts
and organizations for analytic production Uses centralized and
peripheral databases, content management, records management
systems and shapes workflow and processes Compiles reports on
performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing
knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to,
search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal
production and taskings Required Qualifications Min of 12 yrs of
experience related to specific labor category w/at least a portion
of the experience w/in last 2 years Current TS/SCI Clearance with
CI poly, or ability to obtain poly prior to start date Strong
attention to detail, flexibility, strong communication skills,
problem solving skills Performs administrative SharePoint duties to
include, but not limited to, development and maintenance of
SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries; troubleshooting of
technical issues with SharePoint users; and ensuring proper access
controls are utilized for operational security management Performs
web application development duties that involve software
development utilizing multiple programming languages to include,
but not limited to, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Cascading
Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET SharePoint and web
development shall be in support of, but not limited to, the
Knowledge Management Strategy and the Dissemination Tool (e.g.,
HighPoint/SharePoint) Successful Completion of Pre-Employment
Background Investigation required The status of applicable COVID-19
vaccination requirements under Executive Order 14042 are subject to
change depending on applicable court orders and the course of
ongoing litigation. Candidates may be required to show proof of
COVID-19 vaccination or have an approved exemption Preferred
Qualifications Desired Education: Master's degree in related field;
OR BA/BS and an additional 5 yrs of experience for total of 17 yrs
as a substitute for the MS
