high?potential Senior SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant with
experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA Finance (FI), Sales and
Distribution (SD), and Funds Management (FM) modules. The
successful candidate will work closely with clients to lead
workshops, understand requirements, design and present solutions,
configure SAP, and complete full software lifecycle implementations
associated with accounts receivable in the Bill to Collect (B2C)
and Reimbursable Management (RM) business process areas of the
federal government. The primary focus is on design, configuration,
and testing in SAP S/4HANA Public Sector, with a desire to grow and
mentor an agile team focused on B2C and RM within the SD, FI, and
FM modules. This role requires experience with SAP Federal
Financial Accounting processes and solutions. This position is
located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA, Lebanon,
VA, Lafayette, LA or Knoxville, TN; however, a hybrid working model
is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office
two days per week. Your future duties and responsibilities: •
Facilitate the implementation of requirements, solution design, and
configuration of SAP FI, SD, and FM for the Public Sector to
enhance business functionality and overall performance while
maintaining high customer satisfaction. • Lead workshops to review
business requirements and translate them into system requirements,
identifying gaps, issues, and workarounds across financial
management, procurement, and asset management functions. • Act as a
liaison with clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and
resolve software issues; map business requirements, processes, and
objectives; and develop necessary product modifications. • Design,
configure, and test FI, SD, and FM modules in SAP S/4HANA to
support teams dedicated to B2C and RM. • Create Functional Design
Documents (FDDs) and support the development of Technical Design
Documents (TDDs) and To?Be process designs for SAP S/4HANA
solutions. • Serve as a primary resource for successful SAP S/4HANA
implementations, providing functional expertise, guidance,
presentations, and instruction on SAP products. Required
qualifications to be successful in this role: • Due to contract
requirements, US citizenship is required. Successful completion of
CGI’s background check is required prior to starting work.
Candidates must also be able to obtain and maintain a DHS
EOD/Public Trust clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
discipline. • Minimum of 3–5 years of SAP consulting experience and
accounts receivable experience in SD. • Knowledge of financial
management best practices, including demos, test scripts, and
functional/technical design documentation. • Experience in
configuration and implementation of FI, SD, and FM. • Knowledge of
key integration points between SAP modules. • Excellent
interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and
negotiation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with
the ability to present strategies and technical information clearly
to both technical and non?technical audiences. • Ability to analyze
problems and provide clear recommendations. • Strong organizational
skills. Desired qualifications: • Experience using SAP Activate
methodology. • Experience with end?to?end SAP implementations. •
SAP S/4HANA certification. • Experience integrating SAP with areas
such as Finance (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), Project Systems
(PS), and Funds Management (FM). CGI is required by law in some
jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation
range for this role. The determination of this range includes
various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience,
relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the
ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does
not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their
role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and
circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current
range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $194,000.00. CGI
