high?potential Senior SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant with
experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA. The successful candidate will
work closely with our clients to lead workshops, understand their
requirements, design and present solutions, configure SAP, and
support full software lifecycle implementations for the federal
government. The primary focus is on design, configuration, and
testing in SAP S/4HANA Public Sector, with the experience and/or
desire to grow and mentor an agile team focused on business process
areas associated with SAP modules. This role requires a strong
understanding of SAP Federal Financial Accounting processes and
solutions. This position is located in one of CGI Federal's offices
in Fairfax, VA, Lebanon, VA, Lafayette, LA or Knoxville, TN;
however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required
to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week. Your future
duties and responsibilities: • Facilitate the implementation of
requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP Financials for
the public sector to enhance client business functionality and
overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer
satisfaction. • Facilitate workshops to review business
requirements and translate them into system requirements, with the
ability to identify gaps, issues, and work?around solutions across
financial management, procurement, and asset management functions.
• Act as a liaison with the client for troubleshooting:
investigate, analyze, and resolve software problems; map client
business requirements, processes, and objectives; and develop
necessary product modifications to meet client needs. • Design,
configure, and test FI, CO, FM, SD, MM, and AA modules. • Serve as
a primary resource for the successful implementation of SAP
S/4HANA, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentations,
and instruction on SAP products to clients. Required qualifications
to be successful in this role: • Due to the nature of contract
requirements, U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a CGI
background check are required prior to beginning work. In addition,
candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS
EOD/Public Trust clearance. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
discipline. • A minimum of 3–5 years of SAP consulting experience
in finance, procurement, or assets. • Experience with financial
management best practices, including demos, test scripts, and
functional/technical design documents. • Experience in
configuration and implementation of FI, CO, FM, SD, MM, or AA
modules. • Knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork,
facilitation, and negotiation. • Strong written and verbal
communication skills, including the ability to present and discuss
strategies and technical information in a manner that builds
rapport and supports understanding among both technical and
non?technical audiences. • Ability to analyze problems and provide
clear recommendations. • Strong organizational skills. Desired
qualifications: • Experience using SAP Activate methodology. •
Experience with SAP S/4HANA. • Experience with SAP ECC. •
Experience with end?to?end SAP implementations. • Certification in
SAP S/4HANA. • Experience integrating with SAP application areas
such as Finance (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials
Management (MM), and Funds Management (FM). CGI is required by law

compensation range for this role. The determination of this range
includes various factors not limited to skill set, level,
experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To
support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI
typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range
for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts
and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the
current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 -
