SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Docketing Director who will be responsible for the delivery of quality docketing services to our client's IP Department firm-wide. Working with the Department Chair and Department Operating Officer, the position has overall responsibility for: implementing and/or managing policies, procedures, processes, systems and staff to effectively support the docketing needs of the IP Department. Responsible for the overall operation of the IP Docketing Department to ensure 100% docket clearance and compliance with department policies and procedures. This role will directly supervise Regional Docket Managers and has overall supervisory responsibility for docketing department staff. The successful candidate will have earned: a Bachelor's Degree and have 8 years of IP Docket experience with progressive leadership experience.
