Job Description:
ManTech is seeking a Software Tester to join our dedicated team
in supporting mission-critical national security programs. This
role involves rigorous testing of software developments to ensure
high-quality solutions for our federal clients' technological
needs. As a Software Tester at ManTech, you will be involved in the
development lifecycle from planning to deployment, ensuring the
reliability and effectiveness of our innovative technologies.
Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to
task specifications. Develop and execute software test plans to
identify software problems and their causes. Work closely with
software developers to enhance software design and progress. Record
detailed defect reports and software anomalies. Maintain up-to-date
knowledge of software testing tools and test strategies. Strong
analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in test
management software and QA methodologies. Experience with automated
testing tools like Selenium or QTP. Good communication skills and
ability to work collaboratively in a team. Problem-solving skills
and capability to work under pressure. Medical Insurance Dental

Tester - Foundation Level Certified Software Test Professional
(CSTP) Any relevant industry-specific cybersecurity
