Support the planning and execution of cyber wargames to assess
risks to weapon systems and critical infrastructure within
Department of Defense's management, oversight, and programmatic
evaluation purview. Assist with course of action analysis, strategy
development, and organizational processes and procedures to craft
experiences that allow participants to test assumptions in a
minimal-risk environment and gain stakeholder buy-in. Provide
technical expertise in the development of attack threads based on
vulnerability assessment reports, systems analysis, intelligence
analysis and stakeholder feedback. Support the development of a red
campaign plan based on intelligence and operations analysis with
combatant commanders and other stakeholders. Support the
development and maturation of a novel wargaming methodology that
integrates modeling and simulation tools. Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of 7 years professional experience. Equivalencies can be
granted for directly related internships and education (1 yr. BS, 2
yrs. MS). Minimum 3 years of combined experience with cyberspace
operations, operational planning, cyber mission force operations,
cybersecurity studies, wargaming, defense policy, or modeling and
simulation. Team player capable of working well in a fast-paced
environment with a diverse team of engineers, defense and
intelligence analysts, scientists, and uniformed military members.
Experience using vulnerability assessments to develop adversary
attack scenarios. Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze research to
inform cyberspace wargames. Eligibility for TS//SCI clearance.
Additional Qualifications : Experience in intelligence analysis and
developing adversary capability assessments or scenarios.
Experience in a military staff environment. Experience with
modeling and simulation. Experience with briefing and delivering
training to senior military and civilian leaders. Experience using
modeling and simulation tools to conduct assessments. MA or MS
Degree. Day-To-Day: Participate in and provide technical expertise
and research analysis for cyber wargames and tabletop exercises as
part of the Wargame Design Team. Leading multi-agency cyber
exercises simulating coordinated attacks on critical infrastructure
and weapon systems, resulting in updated national response
protocols. Conduct research and report on current cyber threats and
technical developments to shape wargame policies and injects for
wargame design. Produce, present and brief cyber research and
intelligence reports to the team for educational and professional
development purposes. Provide analytical feedback of previous
wargame results, and brief wargame findings to Combat Commands and
Joint Force Leaders. Participate in meetings and conferences with
domestic and international partners concerning cyber intelligence
and cybersecurity defense developments and partnership. Specialize
in Cyber Red Teaming and Red Team attack development and strategy.
Conduct technical and classified research on threat vectors of DoW
weapon systems and infrastructure, including AI research and
briefings. Clearance : Applicants selected will be subject to a
security investigation and may need to meet eligibility
requirements for access to classified information; Ability to
