Technical Architect to join our team and lead the ongoing
development of TDI Diligence Suite, our best-in-class enterprise
risk management solution. Working alongside the Solution Architect,
the successful candidate will provide technical leadership and
architectural direction to the product team, ensuring scalable and
efficient solutions. This position requires a strong development
and technical background, along with experience in client
engagement and solution architecture.Job ResponsibilitiesThe
Salesforce Technical Architect will have the following
responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for
the product team, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
- Guide developers (co-located and offshore) on technical
approaches and best practices based on business priorities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align
solutions with business needs.
- Leverage deep technical expertise to drive innovation and
system optimization.
- Oversee platform governance, identifying areas for improvement
and optimization within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Evolve SDLC and DevOps processes within the Salesforce
context.
- Perform code reviews and approve pull requests to maintain
high-quality development standards.
- Assist in managing a product roadmap for our next-generation
solution.
- Support business development activities, including product
demos and responses to RFIs/RFPs.
- Work with the Solution Architect to proactively manage and plan
for Salesforce quarterly releases, critical updates, and org health
maintenance.
- Assist the QA lead in establishing and maintaining strong

standards.QualificationsThe ideal candidate for the Salesforce
Technical Architect position will possess the following:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent
professional experience.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and
maintaining production systems.
- 2+ years of experience managing, leading, or building
Salesforce-centric solutions.
- Experience with general-purpose languages/frameworks such as
Java, .Net, Ruby, Node.js, Cocoa/Objective C/Swift.
- Experience with multi-org architectures and localized user
experiences in Communities and international organizations
(preferred).
- Experience using Confluence for team collaboration (JIRA and
Confluence experience preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Community Cloud (Lightning Communities) and
the Lightning Platform.
- Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder,
Approval Processes, Workflows, Validation Rules) and security
controls.
- Experience with system integrations and middleware (e.g.,
MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Informatica, Apache Kafka).
- Expertise in API design and development; API Gateway
implementation experience is a plus (e.g., Google Apigee,
Kong).
- Proven ability to implement and refine SDLC processes and
DevOps in a Salesforce environment.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical
stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research,
prototype, and evaluate solution options.
- Excellent project planning, time management, and change
management skills.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation
skills applicable to diverse audiences, including senior and
executive management.
- Certifications:
- Required: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
(Candidates without this certification are expected to obtain it
within one year of hire).
- Strongly Desired: Salesforce Certified Application Architect,
Salesforce Certified System Architect.
- Additional Certifications a Plus: Salesforce Certified Platform
Developer I & II, Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer,
Salesforce Data Architecture & Management Designer, Salesforce
Sharing & Visibility Designer.Location: Washington, DC -
RemoteCompensation: $165,000 - $190,000 annualizedAdditional
