You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, lead projects, and drive innovation in development processes.Your role will involve providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with support teams to maintain system reliability. Security will be a key focus, requiring you to implement best practices, conduct assessments, and stay ahead of emerging threats.You'll oversee testing, debugging, and automation to ensure high-quality software and efficient workflows. Continuous improvement is essential-adopting new technologies, refining development methodologies, and mentoring junior developers to strengthen the team.With a focus on high application uptime and meeting project deadlines, you'll play a key role in enhancing technology solutions and delivering excellent stakeholder satisfaction.If you're passionate about building impactful applications and driving technical excellence, we'd love to hear from you.The experience we are looking forWe're looking for an experienced software developer with leadership skills and expertise in low-code SaaS development. You'll bring:

• Hands-on experience with low-code and no-code platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps
• Extensive software development experience, including team leadership
• Strong knowledge of platforms like OutSystems, Mendix, or Microsoft Power Apps
• A solid grasp of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerisation, and automated testing
• A deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges
• A strategic mindset to align development initiatives with business goals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders
