Job Description As a Business Analyst on one of our Agile
software development teams, you will Manage and coordinate
interactions with customer stakeholders and program SMEs and
document system requirements and needs in Jira and Confluence.
Specific duties include:
- Translate Business Rules into Decision Table Models.
- Document "AS IS" and "TO BE" processes.
- Conduct walkthroughs with internal and external teams.
- Elicit requirements from Product Owners.
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving
transparency, and radiating information.
- Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs.
- Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team
standards, tools, and best practice.Required Education, Experience,
& Skills Successful candidate will have
- Bachelors degree (preferably in or related to information
technology) with 8 years professional experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using various requirements analysis techniques.
- Experience Authoring Business and Functional Requirements as
User Stories.
- Experience leading and participating in project planning, daily
stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release
planning, demos, and other activities as needed.
- Experience with Agile development Methodologies.
- Experience performing backlog maintenance.
- Experience with Business Process Modeling.
- Experience with Business Rules Development.Preferred Education,
Experience, & Skills The success candidate like will have one or
more of the following:
- Experience supporting a US federal government civilian
agency
- Knowledge of or experience supporting Federal Grants
lifecycle
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Strong customer service dispositionPay InformationFull-Time
Salary Range: $96470 - $164010Please note: This range is based on
our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are
determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,
