About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for
a skilled and creative Food Runner to join a prestigious and
private members' club located in Washington, DC servicing UHNW
clientele. The club offers a refined dining experience to its
distinguished membership. This role is integral to the culinary
team, with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary offerings and
contributing to an elevated and memorable dining experience.
Position Overview Food Runners act as a critical link between the
culinary and service team, ensuring that dishes are presented and
delivered with timeliness and elegance. This role is ideal for
individuals who value precision and grace under pressure. Principal
(Essential) Duties Deliver plated dishes from kitchen to guests
promptly and with care. Ensure food is presented according to the
club’s visual and quality standards. Communicate any special
instructions or allergies to the culinary team. Assist with table
maintenance and service needs as directed by servers. Maintain
cleanliness in expo and service areas. Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in upscale dining or hospitality. Strong
understanding of food presentation and etiquette. Ability to carry
multiple plates and navigate a refined space quietly and
