Maintain and execute strict health and safety standards in all cooking and food handling processes. Collaborate with management and client representatives to understand and fulfill the specific food service needs and preferences. Manage food and labor costs effectively, ensuring maximum efficiency. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to guarantee conformance to established standards. Incorporate seasonal ingredients and introduce new culinary techniques to the kitchen operations.
