Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Washington, DC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,240 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Operating Room Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 3 Years Required License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district Required Certifications: PALS, BLS & ACLS Required Must-Have: - Must live 50 miles away - Call required Description: The operating room nurse is responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures. This role includes department admissions to the operative suite. Adheres to standards and appropriate aseptic techniques. Consults and coordinates with team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate intraoperative patient care plans. Serves as a communication liaison to patients, families, and members of the operating team. Prepares the operating room for the patient and surgical procedure. Assembles equipment and supplies, ensuring equipment is functional and supplies/implants are available. Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
