Date: 04/13/2026 Job Description: The Outpatient Physical Therapist
will provide evaluation and treatment for patients with orthopedic
and neurological conditions. This role requires effective case
management and assessment skills, including fall risk assessments,
for a diverse patient age group ranging from adolescents to
geriatrics. Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and assessments
such as Fall Risk Assessment. Treat orthopedic conditions including
ACL Tear, Back Pain-Post Operative, and others. Manage neuro skills
including treatment for Concussion, Parkinson's Disease, and
Vertigo. Maintain a minimum of 11 visits per day and 55 per week,
with units billed in line with clinic/region average. Requirements:
Experience using EHR systems, preferably NextGen. Open to new
graduates, with expected proficiency in case management and a range
of evaluation and assessment methods. Requirements Required for
Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part III
