Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel Medical Lab Scientist for a travel job in Elkins, West Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Medical Lab Scientist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Travel Medical Lab Scientist (MLS/MT/MLT) Facility: Davis Memorial Hospital (Vandalia Health) Location: Elkins, WV Start Date: 03/16/2026 (ASAP start available) Duration: 13 Weeks (extension possible) Shift Options: - 3x12 Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) - 4x12 Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) - Rotating: Thurs–Sat one week / Wed–Sat next week Weekend: Every other Requirements - Minimum 2 years clinical lab experience - National Certification required (ASCP-MLS or ASCP-MLT preferred) - Experience in: - Blood Bank (ABO/Rh, Crossmatch, Coombs, Transfusion workups) - Chemistry - Hematology - Microbiology - Urinalysis - Hospital clinical lab setting experience - WV License or Compact (pending accepted if applicable) ? Important Notes - No locals accepted (75-mile radius rule) - Must live 100 miles away (75–100 miles case-by-case) - Flu vaccine required (medical exemption only) - Full compliance file due Monday before start - SSN, DOB & RTO required at submission - 2 recent manager/charge references required Facility Info - 75-bed hospital - EMR: Hospital clinical lab system - Patient population: Neonates to Geriatrics - Phlebotomy support available About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
