Full-Time Primary Care Physician FTE: 1.0 Location: Multiple openings across Northern Virginia Position Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physicians to join our growing teams across Northern Virginia. We currently have several full-time openings and are looking for clinicians who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform routine physical exams, preventive health screenings, and wellness checks Develop personalized treatment plans and provide health education to patients Collaborate with specialists and coordinate patient care when needed Light phone call coverage required for urgent issues or follow-ups Work alongside a supportive medical team, including mid-level providers Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the EMR system Minimum Requirements MD or DO Currently licensed or able to obtain a license in Virginia Successful completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Experience with or willingness to learn the use of EPIC (EMR) We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates interested in joining us in a highly collegial environment where the patient is at the center of what we do.
