Our Occupational Therapists play a critical role in assessing patients' functional capabilities, planning therapeutic activities, and facilitating adaptive approaches for daily living tasks. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that changes lives, embracing our commitment to excellence and compassionate care. Evaluate patients' functional status and occupational therapy needs to develop a personalized treatment plan. Implement therapeutic activities designed to address disabilities, aiming to improve mobility and independence. Educate patients and their families about proper safe handling and movement techniques. Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with both federal and state regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and modify treatment interventions. Assess home and community environments to recommend adaptive equipment and support for barriers to independence. Stay abreast of advancements in occupational therapy and implement best practices in patient care.
