Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 02/23/2026 Job Description: The
Outpatient Physical Therapist will provide care to adult,
geriatric, and adolescent patients, focusing on evaluation and
treatment of various orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload with a minimum of 11
patient visits per day, utilizing productivity tools to meet daily
and weekly billing expectations. Responsibilities: Conduct patient
evaluations and assessments, including fall risk assessments.
Develop and implement treatment plans for conditions such as ACL
tears, low back pain, and concussion. Manage patient cases from
initial assessment through to post-operative care and
rehabilitation. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using
the NextGen EHR system. Ensure productivity and billing targets are
met consistently. Requirements: Professional skills in case
management and patient assessment. Experience or knowledge in
treating a range of conditions, including orthopedic and
neurological disorders. Proficiency in using electronic health
records, specifically NextGen. Ability to manage a diverse patient
age group with varying levels of care needs. Requirements Required
