Coordinator to join our team! Location: Kings Daughters Community
Health and Rehab Job Type: Full-Time Are you a detail-oriented and
organized professional with a passion for supporting healthcare

Major Responsibilities Manage Nursing Staff Schedules - Create and
maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nurses
and CNAs. Ensure Adequate Coverage - Work closely with the Director
of Nursing to secure coverage for vacant shifts, open positions,
vacations, and leave requests. Daily Staffing Reports - Complete
daily staffing sheets and track nursing hours to meet PPD (Per
Patient Day) requirements while maintaining compliance logs.
Monitor and Verify Employee Attendance - Review and correct time
clock punches, verify hours worked, and identify staffing trends.
Collaborate with Admissions Team - Stay updated on census changes,
new admissions, and discharges to adjust staffing accordingly. Data
& Compliance Reporting - Prepare and submit daily nursing hours
reports to the Executive Director/LNHA. Enhance Operational
Efficiency - Implement new staffing strategies and processes to
improve patient care and employee satisfaction. Minimum
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's Degree preferred. 1 year of experience in healthcare
staffing coordination preferred. Prior experience in a healthcare
setting (long-term care or medical facility preferred). Strong
organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and
work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in
scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. A dedicated,
