Providence Place of Chambersburg is seeking a night shift Full Time
LPN Shift Lead . The LPN Shift Lead provides and ensures quality
resident care and the promotion of resident wellness. Provides
direct nursing services to the residents for optimal health and
safety. In addition, the LPN leads and manages the shift team of
caregivers and med techs to ensure we provide quality care and
excellent customer service for our residents. Hourly Rate: Starting
at $34 / Hr ( based on experience) * PLUS $2.00 Shift Differential!
Schedule: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am Must be able to work every other
weekend/every other holiday Work 3 Days one week - 4 Days the next
= 3 Day weekends! Per Diem positions also available! Critical
Success Factors: Compassionate and empathetic Effective
communication and motivation skills Highly organized Leadership
skills Adaptable and flexible Minimum qualifications: Current
Pennsylvania LPN license CPR certified Prefer minimum of one year
experience in assisted living/personal care or other health care.
