Job Description:

PowerBack Rehabilitation, a leader in post-hospital rehabilitation, is seeking a Director of Rehab Clinical to oversee the development and implementation of rehabilitation services. This role is critical in ensuring that each patient receives customized, intensive treatment designed to promote independence and optimal recovery. The ideal candidate will lead a team of rehabilitation professionals, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with healthcare regulations while aligning with our mission to restore health and maximize recovery potentials. Develop and implement strategic plans for rehabilitation services. Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Manage and train a multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation professionals. Monitor patient care for quality and efficacy and make adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a continuum of care. Manage budgeting and resource allocation for the department. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation services and protocols Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist Certification in healthcare management (e.g., CCM, CDMS) is preferred
