The successful candidate will provide primary and specialized care to patients, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to promote patient health and wellness. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health needs and concerns. Prescribe and administer medications following established protocols. Develop patient care plans and contribute to existing health management strategies. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Maintain patient records and document care services with accuracy. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Expertise in using medical software and electronic health records.
