Registered Nurse (RN) | Surgical Intensive Care Unit Location: Baltimore, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,793 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgical ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Experience: Trained and worked in a dedicated Open-Heart Unit receiving patients directly from the OR. License: RN License Certifications: BLS; ACLS preferred; Critical Care Certification preferred; trauma course preferred Must-Have: Current experience with recovery of post-op cardiac surgery patients in a dedicated CV ICU. Description: This position involves providing care for patients recovering from cardiac surgery, cardiac transplantation, lung transplantation, and complex procedures. The nurse-patient ratio is 1:1 or 1:2. Experience with ventilators, CRRT, Swan catheters, epicardial wires/pacemakers, vasoactive drip titration, Level 1 IABP, and ECMO is required.
