Assist the primary Physical Therapist in the development and execution of therapy plans. Perform routine functions, such as setting up therapy equipment and preparing patients for treatment. Document patient’s responses and progress, and report the outcomes to the physical therapist. Educate patients and family members about treatment plans and ongoing home exercises. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Comply with all legal and ethical guidelines of physical therapy practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in using physical therapy software and equipment. Ability to follow detailed instructions and therapy plans. High degree of dexterity and physical coordination. Excellent documentation and patient management skills. 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license. CPR certified is preferred.
