Job Description:

our team, you will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve

of life. Assess patient condition by conducting physical
examinations; analyzing outcomes and patient and family input;
identifying functional needs. Develop and implement physical
therapy treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs,
challenges, and objectives. Document patient care and progress by
maintaining detailed, accurate records in compliance with legal and
ethical standards. Advance and update therapy plans based on
patient progress and well-documented re-assessments. Engage and
educate patients and their families by explaining therapeutic
objectives; instructing and providing guidance on physical therapy
exercises. Collaborate with healthcare providers and other medical
staff to enhance clinical therapy integration and efficacy. Stay
informed on the latest physical therapy techniques and practices
through continued education and professional development. Ability
to assess patient needs and craft individualized rehabilitation
programs. Proficient in using therapy equipment and ensuring
patient safety. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively
communicate with patients and their families. Knowledge of
disease-specific therapy protocols. Ability to manage multiple
patient cases simultaneously while retaining a high standard of
care. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license. Proof of
completion of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist education
program. Current CPR certification recommended.
