Job Description Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown
for a travel nursing job in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week -
Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Position Details
PCU (Cardio-Pulmonary) RN NO LOCAL TRAVELERS (within 50-mile
radius) MUST pass EKG Exam at Orientation (Study Guide Available in
Simplify Library) NO travel pairs/teams accepted BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
required 12-Hr NIGHTS, every other weekend/major holiday required
ITO interviews Unit Specific Details 27 Bed Cardio-Pulmonary Unit
Drips: Cardiac drips and titrate, NO vasopressor drips Equipment:
Alaris pumps, Hoyer lift, BiPAP, Sara Stedy, PCA, GlucoStabilizer,
bedside cardiac monitor Patient Population: Heart block, Chronic
Cardiac, chest tubes Scrubs: Navy blue, white, or any combination
of the two colors. Float: May float to other units to help with
stepdown patients Ratio*: 1:3-4 *All listed ratios are subject to
change based on staffing availability at the facility. Ratios are
never guaranteed but are what the unit typically attempts to
