Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse –
Washington Start Date: January 26, 2026 Location: Washington,
District of Columbia Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, night shift
Highlights: Fast-paced Level I trauma center experience with
comprehensive patient care Manage critical care skills including
medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion protocols,
and chest tubes Diverse patient population including urgent care,
psychiatric, pediatric, and trauma patients Serve as bedside trauma
RN in the trauma room with 1:5 patient ratios Cerner EMR system
utilized throughout the facility 13-week contract assignment
Requirements: Current Registered Nurse license in Washington, DC or
compact state eligibility Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department
nursing experience Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN
program Current certifications: NIHSS, TNCC, BLS, PALS, and ACLS
Cerner EMR experience required BSN degree highly preferred Must
reside at least 50 miles from the facility location Why It's a
