We provide TeleICU (eICU) nursing services to a varied group of
critically ill patients across several hospitals. Our team collects
essential data and delivers tele-nursing care. By assessing patient
conditions and collaborating with other TeleICU staff and bedside
teams through audio and video connections, we strive for the best
possible outcomes for our patients. Engaging in discussions
regarding patient care with physicians and healthcare team members
is a key part of this role. You will maintain professional
accountability for the care provided to your assigned patients
while ensuring their rights and confidentiality are upheld. All
responsibilities should align with our mission, values, and service
standards. Position Overview: Essential Qualifications: Education:
A current RN Temporary Permit or RN license in the state of
practice is required. Licensure: State licensure in the state of
practice is necessary, along with multi-state licensure within six
months of hire. Experience: A minimum of two years of recent ICU
nursing experience is required. Certifications: CPR and ACLS
certifications are mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: Education:
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Experience:
Experience as a charge nurse is advantageous. Knowledge, Skills,
and Abilities: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to
work collaboratively within a team setting are essential. The
capacity to practice independently and prioritize tasks in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment is necessary. A solid understanding
of pathophysiology and common issues faced by adult ICU patients is
required. Physical Requirements: - The physical demands outlined
here represent the minimum requirements needed for an employee to
perform all essential job functions. Minimal: Ability to push/pull
less than 10 lbs. of force; grip and pinch grip. Frequent: Hand
