TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Baltimore, Maryland, 21225! Pay Information $2,080 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, NRP, Intermediate AWHONN Must-Have: Candidates must hold a CEFM certification or register for C-EFM during the compliance phase or within the first two weeks of the assignment. Description: The position requires a Labor and Delivery RN with three years of experience. Night shifts are available. The nurse will work within a 1:1 staffing ratio. Charge and preceptor experience are required for this role. First-time travelers are accepted. The nurse must be willing to float to Postpartum/Couplet care and feeder/grower assignments in the Level II NICU. Triage and proficiency in sterile vaginal exams are preferred skills. Experience in a Baby Friendly hospital is highly preferred. The facility requires all employees to have the Flu vaccine. The organization is Magnet Certified. The nurse will need to complete additional training modules prior to starting the position. References from two supervisors are required. No more than seven days of requested time off is preferred for the 13-week contract period. If the nurse has previous employment with this organization, they must be away for at least one year to return as a traveler. The manager may or may not conduct interviews.
