Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to provide in-home care for medically fragile children aged Shift options include every Saturday & Sunday or every other weekend, totaling 16 hours weekly.
Care involves managing complex conditions such as Nemaline Rod Myopathy, restrictive lung disease, feeding difficulties, and dependencies like G-Tubes and trachs/vents.
Nurses will deliver personalized care, monitor for infections, administer medications, and assist with therapies like CPT and suctioning.
Requirements include valid Georgia RN/LPN license, CPR/First Aid certification, at least 6 months of skilled nursing experience, and the ability to work in a home environment.
Physical demands include mobility, lifting up to 75 lbs, and physical endurance.
