Full Job Description Home Health RN Nurse Best Health Care Services is seeking for an experienced Home Health Care (PRN) RN for daily Assessment/ patient visits for our growing home health services. For both Medical and non-medical departments. The RN Assess, treats and supervises patients health condition by providing quality of care designed for each patient in the comfort of their home in accordance with physician's orders and a Care Plan. * The RN develops and implements standards, procedures and processes for delivering care that is safe, therapeutically effective, meets budgeted productivity goals and complies with all regulations. The RN is responsible for adequate clinical utilization to meet current and future demand for services. This individual oversees quality management and performance improvement programs. The RN is crucial to successful care coordination among our own services and that of the patients' other providers. Understanding of OASIS-D & D1 is a plus for the skilled department. Virginia CCC Plus ( optional) waiver documentation knowledge is a plus. Kinnser (WellSky) software knowledge is a plus. Kinnser software is user-friendly. Individual must have a current VA state RN license. Must have excellent observation, verbal & written communication skills. Ability to independently manage time and organize daily schedule to meet productivity standards.
