Description The Leidos Health Group is hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to provide 24 hour tele-health services for the men, women and families of the government customer's staff and contractor personnel. Work is performed on-site in either Chantilly, VA or McLean, VA. Your preferred work location and shift are considered. There is no option for remote work.Dedicated shifts are 8 hours a day (no shift rotation required), -Mon-Fri. Shift differential paid for swing and night shift:Shifts:6 am - 2pm2 pm - 10 pm10 pm - 6 amPrimary Responsibilities

• Provides counsel to individuals, couples and families who experience problems and conflicts in their interpersonal relationships.
• Provides guidance and mediation to help address issued within a family unit. Responsible for implementing new processes, policies, or standards as needed and in conjunction with the customer's needs.Basic Qualifications
  • Master's level with specialized training from an accredited college or university
  • Active LCSW licensure from one of the 50 states or DC
  • Minimum of 5 yrs of experience in evaluating, diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health disorders with a focus on mood and anxiety-related disorder, including documenting and briefing clinical findings
  • Top Secret with SCI polygraph clearance OR candidates that are willing to go through the process of obtaining the clearance may be considered.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and current records of all clinical services rendered, includes initial evaluations, progress notes, summary notes and all other necessary documentation
  • Consult with management and other medical staff as needed
  • Develop and implement programs for group therapy sessions and workshops
  • US Citizenship requiredPay Range:Pay Range $66,300.00 - $102,000.00 - $137,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only -and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
