Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official
national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing
Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits
Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns - both
challengers and Democratic incumbent Members - with a variety of
services including field operations, fundraising support,
communications assistance, digital strategy, research support and
management consulting. The DCCC is supported by the contributions
of individuals and organizations, along with Democratic Members,
from throughout the country. We look for talented and hard-working

the House majority.Due to the cyclic nature of our organization,
all positions are subject to separation at the end of the election
cycle.Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and
motivated Analytics Data Product Manager to lead the development
and execution of data-driven products that provide actionable
insights and support key decision-making across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong product
management background with a passion for data, analytics, and
democratic politics. The Analytics Data Product Manager will work
closely with the Analytics department, the Analytics Data Engineer,
and other key stakeholders, to ensure that data products meet the
evolving needs of DCCC and provide measurable value.This position
is part of a collective bargaining unit.Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product lifecycle for analytics products,
from ideation through to delivery, optimization, and ongoing
iteration;
- Collaborate with the Analytics department, the Engineering
team, and other key stakeholders, to define product requirements
and prioritize features that drive business outcomes;
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver
intuitive, user-friendly analytics tools and dashboards that enable
actionable insights for our most technical users;
- Ensure products are aligned with organizational goals,
providing timely, accurate, and relevant data that informs strategy
and decision-making;
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, clearly communicating
the vision, goals, and progress to all stakeholders;
- Monitor product performance and key metrics, using data to
continuously improve features and functionality;
- Translate complex data challenges into clear product
requirements, focusing on delivering solutions that are scalable,
efficient, and user-centric;
- Advocate for a data-driven culture within the organization,
ensuring that analytics products align with DCCC goals and drive
measurable impact;
- Other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the Data
Operations and Analytics teams.Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Tableau administration and
experience creating dynamic data visualizations in Tableau or other
similar visualization software;
- 1+ years of experience using R or Python for data processing or
visualization;
- 1+ years of experience using voter file tools (such as VAN,
PDI, Catalist), Census data, and the DNC ecosystem (Phoenix and
Portal);
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and
precision;
- Proven experience communicating effectively with both technical
and non-technical stakeholders;
- Experience working with person-level data sources, ensuring
privacy and accuracy;
- Familiarity with transforming and manipulating data using
Python is a plus;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, D3.js, and Google Data Studio is a
plus;
