manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to
join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of
the maintenance department supporting the production operations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills,
attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Alexandria, MN Pay Range: $23/hour Shift: Friday,
Saturday & Sunday, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM What's the Job? Respond safely
and efficiently to maintenance and repair needs of equipment and
machinery Ensure safety is prioritized by following all safety
programs and promoting a safety-oriented culture Coordinate and
schedule repairs with the area supervisor and communicate repair
schedules to affected team members Troubleshoot, plan, and execute
repairs, locating and preparing parts as needed Document all
repairs thoroughly and develop preventative maintenance procedures
and schedules What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent;
technical degree in Mechatronics, Automotive, Diesel Mechanics, or
related fields preferred 3 years of maintenance-related experience
in machine repair, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding,
plumbing, or related areas Knowledge of programmable logic
controllers (PLC) and computer numerical control (CNC) is helpful
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Strong
troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to
