Job Description:
At MRAS, a pioneer in aerospace engineering specializing in the
design and development of advanced jet engine components, we are
seeking a seasoned Lead Proposal Analyst to join our Business
Development & Strategic Planning department. The ideal candidate
will play a pivotal role in crafting detailed, winning proposals
that align with our technology-driven offerings and strategic
business goals. Leveraging your expertise in the Aerospace &
Defense industry, you will spearhead the proposal process, analyze
project feasibility, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to
ensure our innovative solutions meet client and market demands.
Lead the development of comprehensive and competitive proposals in
response to client solicitations. Analyze and interpret
solicitation requirements to align our proposals with client
specifications and the company’s strategic objectives. Coordinate
with technical teams, engineers, and project managers to gather
detailed information for proposals. Ensure compliance with all
federal, state, and industry regulations throughout the proposal
process. Conduct risk assessments on potential projects and advise
management on strategic decision-making. Manage proposal schedules
and deadlines, ensuring timely submissions of all required
materials. Assist in the negotiation process with clients
post-submission and adjust proposal content as needed based on
feedback. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent
written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in proposal
management software and MS Office Suite Deep understanding of
project management principles Knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense
industry regulations and standards Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k APMP (Association of
Proposal Management Professionals) certification preferred PMP
(Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
