Agency’s (MDA) Special Access Program Central Office (SAPCO) at Ft.
Belvoir, VA, Dahlgren, VA, or Redstone Arsenal, AL . This is more

setting the standard for safeguarding classified technologies and

matters most, this role is for you. What You’ll Lead: Fortify
Critical Technologies: Spearhead efforts to protect and assess
Critical Program Information (CPI) , ensuring breakthrough
innovations remain secure from threats. Architect Advanced Security
Solutions: Independently define, develop, and implement security
architectures across sensors, interceptors, and C2 networks. Your
strategies will directly strengthen missile defense capabilities.
Command Engineering Excellence: Lead critical reviews of program
strategies, technical specifications, and testing protocols ,
ensuring next-gen defense technologies meet rigorous standards for
reliability and security. Secure High-Sensitivity Testing: Design
multi-layered security measures for digital, HWIL, and flight
testing in classified environments. Implement precision risk
assessments to safeguard program integrity. Execute Elite Security
Strategies: From Program Protection Plans to Security
Classification Guides , deploy customized, high-impact security
solutions to match the complexity of national defense operations.
Basic Qualifications: Education & Engineering Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with 5 years of
experience in a high-security, technical defense role . Department
of Defense Mastery: Proven expertise in DoD military or government
operations , demonstrating strategic thinking and mission-driven
leadership . Security Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret clearance
with TS/SCI eligibility —you’ll be trusted with the nation’s most
sensitive security projects. Preferred Qualifications: Missile
Defense Authority: Hands-on experience in DoD Acquisition or
missile defense systems (sensors, interceptors, C2BMC, AT, FMS,
LO/CLO, CFIUS) . Special Programs Leadership: Background in DoD SAP
policy and security with proven experience navigating complex
security environments . Elite Communication & Influence:
Executive-level briefing skills, technical writing expertise, and
real-time adaptability —ensuring clarity under high-pressure
conditions. Meticulous Security Strategy Execution: Extreme
attention to detail, organizational excellence, and leadership in
security architecture reviews, red-team assessments, and

Range: Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00 The Leidos pay range for
this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of

well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable
