hiring a Service Lane Manager/Service Advisor! Jim Coleman

provide advice and assistance to customers throughout the service
experience. You will be responsible for a variety of duties that
pertain to creating a cultivating environment for our team and a
beyond fantastic experience for the client. We are looking for an
ambitious person that is interested in developing lasting
relationships with customers and cultivating a strong team
environment. You will have the opportunity to work at a
state-of-the-art facility with a great work environment in
Bethesda, Maryland. This position will be a combination of Service
Advisor and Service Lane Manager. It will be a combination of
salary and commission. Responsibilities as Service Advisor Provide
timely updates Assist customer with needs/requests Greeting
customers at the service lane Consulting with technicians regarding
necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or
provide in-depth information about available parts and service
options to customers. Answering questions about service outcomes
and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and
vehicle pick-up. Responsibilities as Service Lane Manager Assist
with customer related escalations/concerns from service advisors
Help train/mentor advisors Partner with Service Director to monitor
open RO's, service KPI's and CSI Act as on duty manager when
necessary to resolve any customer/employee related issues Monitor
scheduling for service staff in coordination with Service Director
Requirements Proven experience as service advisor to maximize
profit Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems and
databases Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven
approach Patient and comfortable dealing with customers
Professionalism and outgoing personality Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational and
multi-tasking abilities Willing to learn and take direction Working
every Saturday with day off during the week (5 day work week).
