Description: Dispatch and Customer Service Specialist My Pest Pros, a fast-growing, family-owned pest control company serving Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC, is looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our team in our Vienna, VA, office. Note: this position is not remote or hybrid. As one of the first points of contact for current and prospective clients, you’ll play an integral role in shaping their experience with our company, making you a highly valued member of our staff. More specifically, you’ll be responsible for answering phone calls promptly and professionally, scheduling appointments using our software, explaining services and costs to clients, taking and processing payments, handling collections, keeping detailed notes on client accounts, and following up with clients after their service. In addition to providing day-to-day support, you’ll also have the chance to contribute to company growth by helping clients choose the services that best fit their needs. Sales will be part of your role, but if you haven’t done it before, don’t worry. We’ll teach you everything you need to know so you can confidently connect with clients and successfully close sales.
