This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven organization transforming the U.S. electricity market by switching homes and businesses to 100% clean, pollution-free energy.Job DescriptionThis role focuses on improving our data-driven approach to sales, marketing, and pricing through advanced analytics and robust reporting. We are looking for someone highly analytical, data-driven, and passionate about making an impact. You will conduct analyses and create reports to help the Sales and Marketing teams manage performance and drive growth. The position reports to the Director of Pricing & Marketing Analytics and is dedicated to supporting these teams.Responsibilities

• Marketing & Sales Analytics: Analyze customer acquisition and retention program performance across channels, create and maintain reporting dashboards, and support initiatives like cost optimization, attribution, media mix modeling, audience segmentation, and retention reporting.
• Pricing Analytics: Update and automate pricing processes, monitor pricing trends, collaborate with Wholesale and Finance on input costs, and coordinate with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Work with business leaders to define reporting and pricing needs, collaborate with Business Intelligence to streamline data sources, develop insights for strategic decisions, and present findings to stakeholders.Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, engineering, or related field preferred but not required depending on experience.
  • Understanding of data sources like Google Analytics, Facebook, Segment, Braze, Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of marketing and business KPIs and measurement techniques.
  • Interest in learning SQL/Snowflake, Domo, Excel; experience with analytical tools is a plus.
  • Effective collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, BI, and Data Engineering teams.
  • Prior energy industry experience is a plus but not required.CompensationAnnual base salary range of $75,000 - $90,000, plus incentives and benefits.Work Environment
