makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriatelyIT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Interpreting complex data and maintenance analysis products and skill in interpreting maintenance metrics to determine the effects on command maintenance and support programs and to propose strategies for meeting maintenance and sustainment requirements4Problem Solving - Identifies problems;
